Ahoj vsichni!

(Hned na zacatku se musim omluvit, ze je dnesni prispevek bez diakritiky, ale technika je obcas nevyzpytatelna a ja tak musim psat na nemeckem pocitaci s nemeckou klavesnici, ktera bohuzel hacky a carky nezna.)

Dnes pro Vas mam recept na dobrotu, kterou miluje asi kazde dite...Kinder Mlecne Rezy. Davidek se po nich muze utlouct a posledni dobou mu je obcas tajne ujida i tatinek. A kdyz jim to tak chutna, tak proc bych jim nezkusila udelat nejake mlecne rezy i ja sama?! Vzdyt to nemuze byt tak tezke... dva kakaove piskoty a mezi nimi... Naslehana smetana? Mlecny krem? Tvaroh? Jasne, dam tam tvaroh! A pridam jahody! Mnam...asi to tomu nasemu Malemu Dablikovi budu ujidat i ja :)

Today, I have for You a recipe for goodness, that every child loves...Kinder Milk Slice. Davi adores this sweet and our Daddy recently secretly eat it too. :) And when they think it's so delicious, why would I not try to make some by myself?! After all, it can not be that difficult... two cocoa cakes and between them ... whipped cream? Milk cream? Curd? Sure, I'll do it with curd! And I should add some strawberries! Yummy... :)



Recept:
5 vajec
1 hrnek spaldove mouky
1/3 hrnku kakaa
6 lzic medu
1/2 balicku kypriciho prasku
200g tvarohu (ja pouzila bezlaktozovy)
jahody

Recipe:
5 Eggs
1 cup of Spelled Flour
1/3 cup of Cocoa
6 TS of Honey
1/2 package of Baking Powder
200 g of Curd (I used lactose free)
Strawberries



1. Predehrejeme troubu na 180°C.
2. Oddelime zloutky od bilku.
3. Zloutky vyslehame spolu s polovinou medu do peny, pridame mouku, kyprici prasek a kakao a poradne promichame.
4. Z bilku vyslehame tuhy snih, ktery potom opatrne vmichame do testa. (Jak me ucila ma babicka, snih spise do testa lehce balime, nezli michame :))

1. Preheat Your oven to 180 ° C.
2. Separate the yolks from the whites.
3. Whip the egg yolks along with half of honey into the foam, add the flour, baking powder and cocoa and stir properly.
4. Beat egg whites to a stiff froth and gently mix into dough.



5. Testo nalijeme na pecicim papirem vylozeny plech a dame pect na cca 12 minut.
6. Po upeceni nechame vychladnout a mezitim si pripravime napln: smichame tvaroh se zbylym medem.
7. Piskot rozkrojime na poloviny. Jednu polovinu pote potreme naplni, poklademe jahodami a priklopime druhou polovinou.

5. Line the baking container with parchment paper and pour the dough on it. Bake for about 12 minutes.
6. When the cake is baked, let it cool and prepare the filling: Mix the curd with the remaining honey.
7. Cut the cake in half. Put the filling on one half, top it with strawberries and 'close' with the other half.




8. Dame aspon na hodinu do lednice (nejlepe pres noc) a pote krajime na pozadovane kousky.
9. Dobrou chut!

8. Put it in the fridge at least for an hour (preferably overnight), and then cut it into pieces.
