Breakfast Recipe: Vanilla Quinoa

Ahoj všem!

Konečně jsem doladila slibovanou Vanilkovou Quinou. Zkoušela jsem ji s mandlovým mlékem a medem a nebylo to ono. Zkoušela jsem ji s vanilkovou esencí a vůbec mi nechutnala. Zkusila jsem ji s vanilkovým pudinkem a byla výborná...takže tady je recept :)

Hi Everyone!

I finally finished promised Vanilla Quinoa recipe, so here You are. I tried it with almond milk and honey, but it wasn't  good enough. I tried it with the vanilla aroma and I didn't like it at all. I tried it with vanilla pudding and it was really great ... so here is the recipe :)



Recept:
1/2 hrnku Quinoy
1 hrnek vody
1 vanilkový lusk
1 PL agáve sirupu
125g vanilkového pudinku (já použila Alpro sójový vanilkový dezert)
Ovoce a oříšky podle chuti

Recipe:
1/2 cup of Quinoa
1 cup of Water
1 Vanilla Bean
1 TS of Agave Syrup
125g of Vanilla Pudding (I use Soya Vanilla Desert by Alpro)
Fruit and nuts by Your choice


1. Vanilkový lusk rozřízneme a vybereme z něj zrníčka vanilky.
2. Propláchnutou quinou dáme do hrnce, zalijeme vodou, přidáme agávový sirup, vanilková zrníčka i rozříznutý vanilkový lusk a necháme vařit, dokud se všechna voda neodpaří (asi 15 minut).

1. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise into two halves, scrape the pod halves and scoop the vanilla seeds.
2. Rinse the quinoa, put it into the pot with water and add agave syrup, vanilla seeds and pod halves as well. Let it cook until all the water is completely gone (about 15 minutes).


3. Z hrnce vytáhneme vanilkový lusk, přidáme pudink a vaříme ještě asi 5 minut, dokud kaše nezhoustne.
4. Nakonec posypeme ovocem a oříšky. ( Já použila borůvky, jahody a plátky mandlí :))

3. Take the pod halves off the pot, add the pudding and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Finally, You can sprinkle your Quinoa with fruit and nuts. (I used blueberries, strawberries and sliced almonds)
