Happy Easter Weekend Everyone!

Today's recipe was such an experiment, because the first idea was to make muffins completely raw. But unfortunately...I accidentally put too much milk and we run out of oats :D So I turned on the oven, baked the muffins and the result was still really great and tasty:)

Krásný velikonoční víkend všem!

Dnešní recept byl takový menší experiment, protože prvotní plán byl udělat muffiny čistě raw, ale bohužel... ruka s mlékem ujela a ovesné vločky došly :D Tak jsem zapnula troubu, muffinky upekla a výsledek byl i tak výborný :) 

Recipe:

3 Carrots

2 cups of Oatmeal

1/2 cup of Nuts (I used a mix of hazelnuts, para nuts, almonds and cashew)

10 Dates

2 cups of Milk (oats, coconut, almond)

Coconut Cream

Cinnamon

Vanilla Aroma

Walnuts

Recept:

3 mrkve

2 hrnky ovesných vloček

1/2 hrnku ořechů (já použila mix lískových, para, mandlí a kešu)

10 datlí

2 hrnky mléka (ovesného, kokosového, mandlového)

kokosový krém

mletá skořice

vanilkové aroma

vlašské ořechy

1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

2. Soak the dates in water for about 30 minutes.

3. Peel the carrots and grate them coarsely.

4. Mix the carrots, nuts, oatmeal, dates and milk in the bowl and blend everything into a dough.

1. Troubu předehřejeme na 200°C.

2. Datle namočíme do vody a necháme 30 minut odstát.

3. Mrkev oloupeme a nastrouháme nahrubo.

4. Do mísy dáme mrkev, ořechy, ovesné vločky, datle a mléko a vše rozmixujeme na hustou kaši.

5. Pour the batter into your muffin baking pan and let it bake for about 45 minutes.

6. Let muffins cool and then cover them with an coconut cream with few drops of vanilla aroma, sprinkle with cinnamon and decorate with carrot and walnuts.

5. Těsto nalijeme do formiček na muffiny a dáme péct do trouby na cca 45 minut.

6. Muffiny necháme vychladnout a poté je potřeme kokosovým krémem s pár kapkami vanilkového aroma, posypeme skořicí, mrkví a poklademe vlašskými ořechy.
