Our most often baked Cake

This is one of our favourite cake ever!
Our Little Devil wants to bake it at least once a week and he really likes to help with preparation. It's easy, healthy and tasty at the same time and when your kid loves sweets and you want something healthier then those offered in stores, this is a right choise!





Recipe:
2 eggs
2 bananas
1/2 cup of (coconut) milk
1 baking powder
2 TS (tablespoon) of cacao
1 + 1/2 TS of agave syrup
2-3 TS of stevia
2 cups of oats



1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees (Celsium).
2. Mash the bananas and mix it with eggs, agave syrup and milk.
3. In another bowl blend the oatmeal into a fine powder and add stevia and a baking powder as well.
4. Mix these two (2. + 3.) together and stir properly.
5. Put 1/2 of the dough into your cake form and add cacao in the second half of the dough. Then also fill it into the form and put in your preheat oven for about 45 - 50 minutes.
6. Finally, you can sprinkle your cake with stevia.
